By purchasing or using Exit System™, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Exit System™ provides digital time-boundary and meeting-exit tools, including on-demand call triggers and future calendar-based integrations.

2. Subscription

You may purchase:

• Monthly subscription ($29 USD)

• Annual subscription ($290 USD)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal.

Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds may be considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase.

5. Beta Access

Exit System™ is currently in founding/beta phase.

Features may evolve over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exit System™ is not responsible for business outcomes, missed meetings, or scheduling conflicts arising from use of the software.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logic systems, and product materials remain property of Exit System™.
